How about my customers’ data?

Contact information is transferred using Blip which does not involve any online storage. Everything is stored on encrypted devices and not on the cloud.

Anyone can choose to remain anonymous and the report will not name them or attribute them for any quotes. We will use a cartoon rather than a photograph.

Clarity will always do everything in its power to be dependable, ethical, and transparent in its dealings with you and your customers.

How do I ask them to take part?

Part of our service is a short meeting to talk about questions you’d like to add to the interview. Clarity will provide a B2C leaflet and/or FAQs for B2B clients.

Once they are happy, pass their details over to us (using Blip) and I will arrange the interviews.
